Corporate Services

Corporate Services ensures the Council can meet present and future challenges. The Department employs 60 staff in three sections:

  • Customer Services: delivers a customer-focused service through our website, in person and by telephone.
  • Business Improvement: ensures we have effective systems, plans and processes to deliver our vision and key priorities and to support projects. This includes a modern work environment and IT systems to support service delivery and continuous improvement.
  • Organisational Development and Human Resources: delivers our workforce strategy, learning and development and HR service to ensure we have the right people at the right time to deliver our services.
